In our Industry architecture 4.0, CAPTOR was the first tool, the cornerstone if you like, and the foundation on which we build the rest of the tools in that architecture.
After the implementation of CAPTOR we saw two big impacts: the first one at a personal level, people’s work went from on-paper to on-screen, which they valued very highly. And in terms of the quality and reliability of the information we also saw major improvements, since we went from using data collected historically to data collected in real time.
