{"id":11981,"date":"2019-09-25T10:34:32","date_gmt":"2019-09-25T10:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sisteplant.com\/the-new-tpm\/"},"modified":"2023-02-08T16:16:18","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T16:16:18","slug":"the-new-tpm","status":"publish","type":"articulos_y_libros","link":"https:\/\/sisteplant.com\/en\/articulos_y_libros\/the-new-tpm\/","title":{"rendered":"The new TPM"},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-8590 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sisteplant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Imagen1.2-278x300.jpg\" alt=\" width=\"183\" height=\"198\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Author:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Javier Borda Elejabarrieta.<\/strong> Prof. Dr. Eng., President of Sisteplant.<\/p>\n<p>Yet old concept, it helped to upgrade organizational maintenance models introducing two bases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-maintenance<\/li>\n<li>OEE and its losses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From there, in Sisteplant we have linked them to <strong>much more technological items that fit better in the 4.0 frame.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scientifical Maintenance Engineering deeply rooted in extended machine vibrations and their impact in 6Sigma manufacturing.<\/li>\n<li>Artificial Intelligence assisted RCM with Promind-Prisma, all of them the active heart of Maintenance and Process Technology.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge transversality among product-process-quality-maintenance engineering, with active \u201ctech-value-flow\u201d passing through.<\/li>\n<li>Full empowered operator self-motivated by a radical comprehension of technology.<\/li>\n<li>Yet more by the assistance in maintenance of intelligent robots and the interactive software Profun-Captor.<\/li>\n<li>An extended OEE with losses ranged from the more scientifical-long term consistent effects (the true core) to the mere organizational ones.<\/li>\n<li>How to deal with continuously changing bottlenecks, given out by the agile re-flowing of an extremely small-lots flow.<\/li>\n<li>Traditional quality splitted in two parts: fail to reach \u2265 6Sigmas along the critical processes, and fail to rearrange flows in \u201cnear zero time\u201d.
