Behind this layout is the assumption of mass production for standardized medical treatments and personal care.<\/p>\n<p>Far from setting up dates, certainly the mass delivery will be replaced by a much more customized one, then the former model for manufacturing will become suddenly obsolete.<\/p>\n<p>Upsetting a long high-speed packaging line for multi-product multi-can flow would lead to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>\u201cPush\u201d flexibility into unsettled process by any way<\/li>\n<li>Dramatically reduce velocity, otherwise risking quality and very frequent stoppages<\/li>\n<li>Significant investment trying to compound something simply yet obsolete for<\/li>\n<li>Very poor ROI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instead, bet for short, group-tech dedicated, moderated velocity lines with extreme flexibility allowing for very short runs.<\/p>\n<p>This leads to a parallel flow versatile service, and:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Investment in \u201cfuture value\u201d from the ground<\/li>\n<li>Simpler lines than can be automated with traditional robots and \u201chumanoids\u201d given that they\u2019re not very rapid<\/li>\n<li>Stepping flexible automation made natural<\/li>\n<li>Easy gain of 2-3 sigma\u2019s, from a current value of other 2-3.
